My Journey with Impact Engineering: A Path of Growth in the Automation Industry

OVERVIEW

The beginning of my journey started in 2022 when I became a Qualified Electrician. I was on multiple data center projects. Across Europe and working alongside engineers who sparked My interest in the field of Automation Engineering, I decided For the betterment of my future, I would pursue a new career in Automation. I enrolled in TUD Dublin Blanchardstown College. To study Process Automation & Instrumentation. Soon after, My college approached Impact Engineering and had an interview. Was scheduled. Impact was extremely helpful in arranging an Interview that suited my time as I was sitting exams. We spoke In the interview about my previous experience and what I understanding of the automation industry.

This has been an exciting journey of growth, learning and development. I was welcomed by a team of dedicated, awarded professionals who are not only committed to their work, but also my professional and personal development. Impact’s emphasis on hands-on learning and 1-to-1 mentorship. It has driven me to deepen my knowledge of the automation industry.

Working alongside experienced engineers, I have gained exposure to a variety of new automation systems and tools that are at the forefront of professional development. The collaborative structure and environmental impact has created generates creative, innovative and problem-solving thinking. Each day presents new challenges, which are backed up by a team, who provides me with assurance and guidance in the work that I do. This has inspired me to push boundaries, strive for quality, and ensure my own work is as per the standards previously set by my fellow engineers.

I am excited about what my future holds as I continue to employ critical thinking, learn, grow and contribute to the innovative projects Impact Engineering is known for.
