Leadership
Mark Sherry
Director
With 25 years in diverse industries, Mark excels in Leading Electrical, Instrument and Automation projects from concept to completion.
He holds two masters degrees in both Project Management and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. Mark has completed a Degree in Automation Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology while completing specialist training in lean manufacturing. The blend of experience and education makes him a pivotal leader in aligning strategic objectives with operational excellence.
Ross Cusack
Director
With 20 years of diverse industry experience, Ross is a seasoned expert in automation, particularly within life sciences.
He has a track record of building and leading successful automation teams on a global scale. Ross holds an Executive MBA from Dublin City University and is an ISA-certified automation professional. Additionally, he is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has undergone extensive leadership training. His multifaceted expertise makes him a crucial asset in achieving automation excellence.
Mark McKechnie
External Business Advisor/Mentor
We are delighted to announce that Mark McKechnie, will work with Impact Engineering as an external business advisor/mentor to the Directors of Impact Engineering.
Mark is currently Vice President of Digitalization and IT at Hookipa Pharma Hookipa Pharma – Supercharging Immunotherapy a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel immunotherapies to fight cancer and chronic infectious disease. Mark is an experienced thought leader with over 25 years’ experience of IT/Digital leadership in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Cell Gene Therapy companies, working at the intersection of science and digital technology. Mark has significant experience in leading change through impactful enterprise transformation programs and business operations e.g. Intelligent Automation, Data Strategy, Operational Excellence and IT Transformation, New Greenfield Mfg. facility. Mark brings a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech business end to end and business processes, from clinical, commercial to corporate functions
Eoin
Site Services Director
Eoin has over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Client/Site Services and Business Development for most of his career.
Eoin has specialised in providing resource solutions for Automation, MES, CSV, IT/OT and Labs IT within the Life Sciences and Engineering sectors. He has worked with many large multi-national Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device companies in Ireland and abroad. Eoin is responsible for the Site Services function within Impact Engineering. He will use his expertise and connections to assist in growing the capabilities of Impact Engineering and to ensure a high level of service for our clients and greater opportunities for development for our engineers.
